PATRICK ALLEN

Patrick has been involved in GIS mapping and software development since 2011.  His primary focus is on emergency management and response.  Patrick has worked on both municipal and industrial response and emergency management projects.  Patrick has diverse skills with the ability to work in and contribute to a collaborative setting.
