DALE MCLEAN
CFO
Dale has been in the fire and emergency services since 1980. Dale retired from the Kamloops Fire Department as Fire Chief in December 2016. Dale furthers his experience and skills by consulting for Behr working on a variety of fire and emergency service-related projects and reviews.
Starting his career as a firefighter in the City of Edmonton, Dale advanced his career to the position of Deputy Fire Chief of Edmonton. Prior to being the Deputy Fire Chief, Dale was also an Executive Board member of IAFF Local 209 as 1st Vice President. Dale has demonstrated progressive and dynamic leadership with continuous improvement in life skill, known as a prominent emergency services leader. He is an effective communicator with a high degree of integrity. Well developed, interpersonal presentation skills supported with effective problem solving and strategic thinking makes him a definite asset to any team.
