CELESTE CURRIE
A.A.S, B.SC
Celeste has been involved in all aspects of Emergency Response Planning since 2012, first as a GIS Technician and currently as a Senior ERP Planner delivering high-quality emergency response plans (ERPs), CEPA E2 plans, and other deliverables for some of our largest clients in the oil and gas industry. A jack-of-all-trades, she excels in project management and her technical background has given her a keen eye for detail.
Prior to 2012, Celeste worked in municipal government as a Development Officer / GIS Technician, consulting with government officials, landowners, and various other stakeholders regarding land development processes, bylaw enforcement issues, and GIS projects. It is in this role where she gained an interest in emergency management while working closely with emergency first responders and 911 Dispatch to develop a vehicle tracking and routing system and a rural addressing system.
Celeste holds an Applied Associate's in Science in Wildlife & Fisheries Technology degree from Minot State University and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology and Geography from Brandon University.
A self-proclaimed geo-nerd and magpie, she loves to learn about our world and collecting shiny, sparkly rocks.
